Welcome to the NJASCPAC, INC. your industry’s voice in the New Jersey political process.

A PAC (political action committee) is a private group, organized to advance the outcome of a political issue or legislation, or to elect political candidates.

Do you have a personal relationship with your state legislators?

There are many issues which affect ambulatory surgical centers, and it is important for our industry to be represented on the issues that affect them.

We have set a goal of raising a minimum of $1000 from each ASC for the NJASCPAC in 2012.

PAC CONTRIBUTION RULES

New Jersey Election Law prohibits contributions to a PAC of more than $7,200 per year. Individuals and corporations can contribute.

Contributions made by partnerships or a limited liability company will be deemed contributions made by its owners.

New Jersey law requires the PAC to report the names, mailing address, occupation and employees name and address for individuals whose contributions aggregate $300 per year.

New Jersey law requires the PAC to report the name and address for corporations whose contributions aggregate $300 per year.

Contributions or gifts to NJASCPAC are not tax deductible.
