Garden State Endoscopy and Surgery Center (GSE), an established endoscopy ASC located in Kenilworth, NJ, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Center Administrator!
If you’re an experienced Administrator or Business Office Manager looking to move up to the next level, we are interested in speaking with you!

Reporting to the Board of Managers, responsibilities of the Administrator include:
• Responsible for the entire operations of the facility and management of all staff at the facility.
• Daily operations of the Center and work with the related professional offices and management partner to ensure its financial success and to maintain the Center’s premier reputation within the community.
• Management of front office operations including scheduling, patient registration and proper billing of insurance plans.
• Oversight of all financial aspects of the Center including purchasing and payroll, adherence to budgets, review of monthly financial data and ensure that all policies are followed.
• Member of the Endoscopy Center Executive Committee, and all Quality Management Subcommittees.
• Strong focus on quality of care and patient satisfaction.

Qualified candidates will possess the following: • BS or equivalent college degree. • Prior experience in a Management role, including supervisory experience, with fiscal responsibility in a for-profit setting. • Management experience in an ASC or large physician practice including GI is strongly preferred. • Proficient in computer programs including Excel and Word, and prior experience with billing systems/software. • A working knowledge of Medical terminology, CPT codes, ICD-10 codes, patient registration, charge entry functions or other billing related experience is preferred • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
