For over 17 years, he has provided unparallelled Consultant Pharmacist Services to Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Dialysis Centers and Skilled Nursing Centers. During his time working for others, he has learned from the good and bad practices in the healthcare industry.

He has started his own company to bring a NEW standard of excellence to the Consultant Pharmacist Industry, believing that hands-on teaching, time and care will help his clients and patients achieve the best possible outcomes. Focused on the future, providing top notch services while maintaining efficiency, he will change the Consultant Pharmacist industry.

Ann has worked in the ASC industry for over 30 years. She has been responsible for every aspect of financial & clinical operations. She has been a surveyor for Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) since 2006. Currently, she is Chief Nursing Officer for Ambulatory Healthcare Strategies, which provides administrative oversight and consulting services to ambulatory surgery facilities.
Ann’s extensive clinical background is in the operating room, where she served in every capacity. She is an active member of AORN and ASCA and served on the Board of Directors of AAAHC. She is currently chair of AAAHC’s Surveyor Training and Education committee. She serves on the BASC Board of Directors, and serves as the President of BASC, which oversees the CASC and CAIP certifications.
Ann has an MS in Health Services Administration from the University of St. Francis. She is CASC & CNOR certified. She speaks at national meetings and contributes articles to several national journals. She wrote an e-book, Admin 101: What Every New ASC Administrator Needs to Know, available by request.
She enjoys world travel, mentoring up-and-coming ASC leaders, and public speaking.

Public Health Services maintains and improves the health of New Jersey’s citizens by promoting healthy lifestyles, preventing the spread of communicable diseases, improving environmental and workplace factors that impact people’s health, and ensuring the reliability of New Jersey’s health infrastructure and emergency response network.
Before joining the Department, Dr. Adinaro served as Chief Medical Officer for the Secaucus Field Medical Station, a 250-bed hospital set up quickly to relieve pressure on hospitals in northern New Jersey during the COVID-19 response. Prior to that, he was a physician for 17 years at St. Joseph’s University Medical Center in Paterson, where he held many positions including Chief of Emergency Medicine and Vice President/Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Adinaro became an EMT as a teenager and volunteered on first aid squads for 17 years. He graduated from Rutgers-New Jersey Medical School in 2000 and completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Morristown Medical Center in 2003.

Claire is a highly regarded professional in Quality Performance with proficiencies that include extensive and diverse experiences in clinical, management, quality, and educational roles in the hospital, pre-hospital emergency medical services, and ambulatory surgery settings. She received her MSN degree from Monmouth University. She is also an Adjunct Nursing Instructor for Brookdale Community College, NJ. Recognizing a need for providing focused Quality Performance services for ambulatory surgery centers, she founded Positive Outcomes Consulting, LLC in 2008. Achieving excellence in Quality Performance is a continuum that Claire considers to be an educational process that is equally essential to safe patient care as it is to meet regulatory and accreditation requirements for quality reporting. Claire is a licensed RN in New Jersey and Arizona. Positive Outcomes provides QAPI services across many states.

Emily Sareen, MSN, RN, is the Assistant Director of Quality Improvement at North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA). As a leader in the NAPA Quality team, she supports the clinical quality data collection process, the adverse event review process, clinician education, and CMS measure selection/submission. She holds a master’s degree in nursing from Columbia University and was awarded “The Mary Masterson Germain ’64 Award” for academic excellence, capacity for leadership, and dedication to the highest possible care for patients and families. She has been a nurse for 12 years with a focus on adult surgery, pediatric surgery, and pediatric intensive care.

Melissa began her working career as a State Trooper. After leaving the police force, she earned a BSN. She spent 15 years in the operating room. While working in the OR, she received a certification for Laser Safety Officer from the Laser institute of America. She served as the hospital’s Laser Safety Officer. Melissa transitioned into Sterile Processing as a manager, obtained her Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) through the International Association of Healthcare Central Service Materiel Management, and became a member of IAAHCSMM. Currently she holds the position of President of the Delaware Valley Chapter. In 2012, Melissa became an Independent Consultant for Sterile Processing Departments. She has successfully taken departments from high level conditional findings by The Joint Commission to zero findings. Melissa and her Sterile Processing Team just earned the 2021 SPD of the year award through Healthcare Purchasing News. While serving in the Sterile Processing field, she became an Infection Preventionist and a member of APIC. She earned certifications from Harvard University in Improving Global Health: Focusing on Quality and Safety and Preventing the Next Pandemic. From Six Sigma Global Institute, she acquired a certification in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and currently working on her Black Belt. Melissa has earned a master’s degree in Business Management with a concentration in Healthcare Administration. Additionally, Melissa obtained a Leadership Certification from the FBI Academy in Quantico, VA. Melissa decided to start a Company that would help Health Systems by eliminating vulnerabilities and improve patient safety, process optimization and meet all regulatory standards.

PERSONAL: While working in the operating room, Melissa competed in The Women’s Professional Football League and retired after 8 years. She continued her career in football as a Football Official. Melissa has been involved in Greyhound Rescue and is fluent in Sign Language.

Mike Ross is the Director, Innovation and Development at Insperity. He’s responsible for the identification, procurement and integration of new technologies and business solutions. As well, he oversees thought leadership activities at Insperity, creating content that addresses the challenges of growing your business.

Prior to joining Insperity, Mike worked in finance for Payless Shoe Source overseeing budgeting, forecasting and cash management of both Latin America and international franchises a $380 million business.

With a background in strategy and finance, Mike lead finance and strategy training for many industry-leading companies including General Electric (GE), Samsung, InterDigital, and Allstate. As well, he has trained MBA and undergraduate students at top business schools such as the University of California-Berkeley, University of Chicago, and Harvard Business School (HBS). Mike has a B.Sc. degree in Business Management with a focus in Finance and Entrepreneurship. Mike and his wife have three sons and two daughters.
