When you attend a NJAASC conference, meeting, or event, you may be provided with meeting materials, documents, and other written materials that are protected by copyright.

You are authorized to use such documents and materials only if you are a member of the NJAASC and only for your personal use as a member of the NJAASC. You agree not to (1) use or exploit the documents and materials for any commercial or non-commercial purpose, (2) copy, duplicate, or reproduce the documents and materials except only for your personal use as a member of the NJAASC, and (3) disclose, distribute, disseminate, or transfer the documents and materials to anyone who is not a current member of the NJAASC. You agree to abide by the foregoing.

Any unauthorized use of such copyrighted documents and materials without the prior written consent of NJAASC or by anyone who is not a member of the NJAASC is strictly prohibited.

Any person or organization found to be violating this agreement or any copyright may be expelled from current or future conferences, meetings, or events, or as a member of the NJAASC, without refund of registration fees and shall be subject to legal action for copyright infringement.

If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not accept the documents and other written materials or enter the conference, meeting, or event.
