The New Jersey Association of Ambulatory Surgery Centers (NJAASC) is an incorporated non-profit organization which was founded in 1992 by owners of ambulatory surgery centers. Our mission is to champion and support the growth of New Jersey’s ambulatory surgery centers through education and advocacy, while helping to ensure the highest standards of quality in patient care. |

ANNOUNCEMENTS 2026 Member Certificates Are Available! If you’d like a 2026 certificate for your center, email Rachel Rumsby at rrumsby@successcomgroup.com. NJAASC LAUNCHES THE CARE TRANSFORMATION AWARDS As you know, in 2026, NJAASC is highlighting how New Jersey’s ambulatory surgery centers are meeting today’s challenges head on as pathways to innovation, greater efficiencies and superior care delivery. As part of this effort, NJAASC is launching a new awards program – the Care Transformation Awards or CTA – where we will recognize New Jersey ASCs for their efforts to address their challenges head on. The two award categories include: Operations, including talent recruitment/retention, anesthesia, pharmacy management, and infection control/sterilization Financial and business management, including regulatory and compliance, technology, cybersecurity, reporting, reimbursement, and credentialing, We are inviting our member centers to share how they have found opportunities in successfully meeting these challenges. Please send a brief summary (250 words max) of the challenge and how your center stepped up to address the challenge, and the outcome. Winners in each of the two categories will be recognized at our Annual Conference in May and invited to share their “story” with attendees. Winners will be also be awarded a special badge recognizing their Care Transformation Award for posting on their social media pages and email signatures and will be featured in the Pulse and on NJAASC’s own social media pages. Please submit your entry no later than April 15, 2026, to board@njaasc.org. We look forward to hearing from you!
